Trinity Reads @ TIFF

Trinity Reads is excited to be partnering with TIFF Community Impact and Skills for Change to host a climate action mixer for a screening of a new 4K restoration of Hayao Miyazaki’s eco-masterpiece Princess Mononoke. Before the screening, representatives from Skills for Change’s Youth Climate Action Initiative (YCAI) will take the stage for conversation about mobilizing youth as leaders in building sustainable futures, and after the screening, Trinity Reads will host a community gathering for the Trinity Community and Skills for Change at Malaparte, featuring a book talk from Zalika Reid-Benta, award-winning author of River Mumma. A free block of movie tickets has been reserved for Trinity students but we also invite our alumni community to join us for the screening – tickets are available online and free registration for the climate action mixer is available here.
